Terms and Conditions
By requesting a commission, you are therefore agreeing to my terms of service. Please take your time reading through it.
1. The artist will accept commissions at their own discretion, and reserves the right to deny a commission if it is not suitable to their skills, morals, or alignments in any shape or form.
a) Any commission with hate imagery will be rejected.
b) Overly explicit commissions with heavy fetish imagery will be rejected.
2. The artist gives no consent to any of their pieces to be made into a cryptocurrency token/Non-fungible tokens. The artist does not participate in cryptoart/NFTs and doesn't allow others to profit of their art for such.
3. Any prices listed are base prices and may vary on a case by case basis. The final price will always be discussed when requesting a commission.
a) Prices vary due to complexity, number of extras (such as: props, characters, etc.), time sensitive work, and/or commercial use.
b) Base prices are non negotiable.
c) When requesting a commission, please provide an email to which the artist should send the invoice to. Invoices are sent through Stripe.
d) The prices are listed in the artist’s currency, it is up to the client to look up the conversion of the currency, in case the client uses a different one.
e) Once the commission is discussed and everything has been agreed on, there are no refunds, and the slot has been taken.
f) Payment must be upfront. Exceptionally, if the commission has a higher price, the client can discuss with the artist if they wish to split payment into half, and it’s a case by case basis, depending on the price and piece.
g) If the client does not provide visual reference for the commissioned piece, there will be an added character design fee.
4. The price of a commission is only for the execution of the art, not the piece’s copyright. The artist still retains copyright over the image, unless the client agrees to pay the copyright fee to be able to use it for commercial purposes.
a) When requesting a commission, the client must disclose if it is intended for commercial use.
b) If the art is intended for commercial use, there will be a copyright fee, which may vary depending on the commission itself, and how it will be used commercially.
5. The artist will provide work in progress shots at some stages of the piece, mainly sketch and if requested, colors. The client may request progress shots and a limit of three revisions that weren’t originally in the discussed piece. These revisions may or may not carry an additional fee depending on their nature and complexity, and how much they hinder the current progress of the piece. It is encouraged to keep good communication and provide the artist with a way to contact the client to send progress shots.
6. All pieces will be delivered as a high resolution digital piece. The artist may provide a version optimized for printing upon request.
7. All commission works will be displayed on the artist’s portfolio and social media, unless explicitly requested to stay private.
